Q: How often can I access the Gym or Amenity Spaces?
A: Amenity spaces and fitness facilities can be accessed by Residents 24/7 for their enjoyment.
Q: Can I access amenity spaces at other properties?
A: Yes, Residents can visit any of our Front Desks to gain access to another property should they wish to use amenity spaces such as the fitness facilities, games rooms, theatre rooms, etc.
Q: What security is provided?
A: Suites and each bedroom are equipped with personal key fob entry so no one can access your personal space except for you. Our on-site team is available to assist you during business hours. Outside of business hours, there is video surveillance and security personnel.
Q: What are the payment options?
A: Whether you prefer automatic rent withdrawals every month or would like to pay online via your online banking account using your tenant code, we have made it easy for you to pay your rent on time, every time.
Q: How far are the properties from the Laurier, Conestoga & University of Waterloo campuses?
A: Our closest group of properties is less than a 2 minute walk from Laurier. Our furthest property is a 10 minute walk to Laurier. All properties are just a short bus ride to the University of Waterloo. We are also just a 5-10 minute walk to Conestoga’s Waterloo Campus.
